【森の「お母さん」】
今年の母の日は5月10日。みなさんはお母さん向けのプレゼント、用意されたんでしょうか。
さて、木にも「お母さん」と呼ばれる木があります。...
種子を採取したり、接穂（つぎほ）をとる樹木のことを母樹（ぼじゅ）と呼んでいます。
また森の中では、樹齢数百年にもなる巨樹のことを、畏敬の気持ちから「マザーツリー」と呼ぶこともあります。
檜原村の「FSCの森」にも樹齢250〜300年ともいわれる「マザーツリー」があります。まわりの杉やヒノキはおおよそ30年前後で伐採されていく中で、「マザーツリー」だけは残りました。
この森を管理している田中林業さん曰く、伐採する木と残す木があるそうです。
以前、こちらのフィードにも「木も寿命がある」という記事をアップしましたが、多くの杉の木はだいたい30年くらい、何千年という樹齢がある屋久杉はまた別の種類の木です。
その中でも、丈夫さなど成長具合で、「この木は残しておこう」という木が数本はあるとのこと。
木材を産出するための人工林の中のマザーツリーはその中でずっと残ってきた木です。
数百年にわたる森の記憶とともに、その行く末を見守りながら生き続けています。

of course like your website but you have to test the spelling on several of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling problems and I to find it very bothersome to inform the truth then again I'll definitely come back again.

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement? My site has a lot of exclusive content I've either written myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my permission.
