【ポジティブになれない原因は、行動しないから。】
ポジティブになれない人の共通点があります。
ずばり、行動しないことです。
行動しないのにポジティブになれないのは、なぜでしょうか。頭の中だけで悪い想像ばかりを膨らませ、テンションを下げています。
悪い妄想ばかりしているから、暗い気持ちになり、なかなかポジティブになれません。
まだ行動をしていないのに、おかしな話です。
しかし、そういう人は、多いです。
あなたがポジティブになれない理由を探ってみましょう。
行動したから落ち込んでいる、というのであれば大丈夫です。
きちんと行動していますから、その落ち込みは「成長」であり「前進」です。
